Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmadu, transfer to Hotel, cultural dinner at typical Nepali restaurant in the evening
Day 02: Visit Swyambhunath, Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath and Kathmandu Durbar Square, preparation of the trek
Day 03: Fly to Nepalgunj from Kathmandu
Day 04: Fly to Juphal [2,400M / 7,874FT], trek to Dunai [2,150M / 7,053FT]
Day 05: Trek to Tarakot [2,850M / 9,348FT]
Day 06: Trek to Khani Gaon [2,543M / 8,341FT]
Day 07: Trek to Tarap Khola [3,450M / 11,316FT]
Day 08: Trek to Yak Kharka [3,800M / 12,464FT]
Day 09: Trek to Dho Tarap [4,090M / 13,415FT]
Day 10: Rest Day at Dho Tarap for acclimatization
Day 11: Trek to Tokyu Gaun [4,200M / 13,776FT]
Day 12: Trek below Numala pass [4,665M / 15,301FT]
Day 13: Cross Numala [5,190M / 17,023FT], and camp at Phedi
Day 14: Trek and cross Baga La [5,070M / 16,630FT]
Day 15: Trek to Ringmo [3,600M / 11,808FT]
Day 16: Rest Day at Ringmo for a hike to Phoksundo Lake [3,730M / 12,234FT]
Day 17: Trek to Pungmo village [3,170M / 10,397FT]
Day 18: Trek below Kagmara La, 5-6 hrs walk
Day 19: Cross the Kagmara La [5,115M / 16,777FT]
Day 20: Trek to Hurikot village [3,600M / 11,808FT]
Day 21: Trek to Chaurikot [3,060M / 10,036FT]
Day 22: Trek to Chorte Gompa [3,200M / 10,496FT]
Day 23: Trek to Gothi Chaur [2,700M / 8,856FT]
Day 24: Trek to Juphal [2,400M / 7,874FT]
Day 25: Reserve day in Juphal / if possible fly to Nepalgunj
Day 26: Fly from Juphal [2,400M / 7,874FT] to Nepalgunj and to Kathmandu
Day 27: Rest day in Kathmandu, farewell dinner in the evening
Day 28: Departure from Kathmandu
